Virtual Sales Development Representative, Korean Market

Our client is a renowned customer support provider(BPO) company in Malaysia. They provide the service worldwide mainly for IT industry . Now they are looking for Account Development Representative, Korean Market for IT cloud solution project.

The Sales Development function is a customer-facing (cold calling) role responsible for engaging with potential Cloud prospects to identify sales opportunities and achieve a personal and team pipeline target.

Overview:
・Intake: ASAP

・Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

・Working hours: 8AM – 5PM

・Salary package:

Basic: MYR8,000

KPI 889

・Education : Bachelor Preferred (high school needs over 7 years working experience)

・Employment term: Permanent (2 years visa renewal), Work visa provided

・Benefit:

• One way air ticket from Korea, EP cost, 500RM relocation allowance per month for three months
• Medical insurance, Medical leave

Remarks:

1-2 years of experience in sales, IT sales experience is a plus
Any business sales, or technical degree is a plus
Tech savvy is a must!
Experience in consultative solution selling in B2B environment for technology products

• Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner
• Strong experience speaking with C-level Enterprise clients
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
• History of quota over-achievement
• Knowledge of CRM system
• Analytical mindset and go-getter attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for
  the team
• Proven success in generating leads and experience cold calling and presenting sales pitches.
• Organized and has pipeline management, time management skills and prioritization skill
