Overview:

Work as Contact Centre Services Representative to assist customer on Web Help and Technical Frontline issues.
• Responsible for taking inbound phone calls in Korean also processing requests in Korean through Portal & Email;

・Intake: 22 NOV 2024

・Location: Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia

・Work Shift : Mon – Fri 9.00am – 6.00pm

・ Salary : Base : 8,200~8,800 KPI MAX 300

・Education : Degree- 0-1 year Sales and Digital marketing experience Diploma with at least 5years of experience

・Employment term: Full time, EP provided

・Benefit: Medical Insurance, Medical insurance 2 days off/week、annual leave 30 days 、Sick leave 8 days

・Korean native level speaker is essential.

Tech Savvy, B1 Above English Speaking Skill, 1 year +@ BPO/CS Exp
