You’ll handle a broad range of incoming customer cases for apps enterprise clients. You’ll gather information from customers, troubleshoot technical and account issues, and escalate cases when needed. This position does not include billing support tasks.
Overview:
・Intake: ASAP
・Location: KL Central, Malaysia(During pandemic, this position temporarily start from WFH(Korea))
・Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 11pm(Following public holiday in Korea. 3 shift rotation, no overnight shift)
・Salary package: 〜 MYR8,000. KPI Allowance and Shift Allowance available.
If candidate is in Korea, additional living cost allowance will be considered(up to 1,500 per month)
・Education : Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred(if Associate degree, then you need to require around 5 years working experience for visa purpose)
・Employment term: Permanent
・Benefit: Medical Insurance, Malaysia’s work visa provided
・Korean speaker and conversational English skill are essential. Malaysian with TOPIK level 5 over or working experience in a Korean company are welcome to apply.
