Our client is a renowned customer support provider(BPO) company in Malaysia . Now they are looking for customer support role(Korean speaker) for their popular contents streaming service(OTT) project.
You will answer inbound calls, emails and/or chat from Korean customers ranging from product information, product inquiries, complaints and follow up.
・Intake: ASAP,2022 Negotiable
・Location: Selangor(near KL), Malaysia
・Working hours: 5 days, shift work 8 hours work (currently from 9am to 9pm, 7days. subject to change depending on client’s needs)
・Salary package: 〜MYR8,500
・Education : Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred(if Associate degree, then you need to require around 5 years working experience for visa purpose)
・Employment term: Permanent
・Benefit: Medical Insurance, Malaysia’s work visa provided
・Korean native level speaker and upper conversational English skill are essential.
