Our client is a renowned customer support provider(BPO) company in KL, Malaysia. They provide the service worldwide. Now they are looking for Customer Support role(Korean speaker) for their popular web service project.

You’ll handle customers’ enquiries from advertisers of popular social media by chat, email and call.
Overview:
・Intake: 2024-09-23 (25 HC)
・Location: KL Central
・Working hours: 24*7 (Shift 8 hours/day)
・Salary package: RM8200-8800 (Basic) + RM1000 (Complexity Allowance)
・Education : BS or Diploma（3 years working experience）
・Employment term: Full time, EP provided
・Benefit: Medical insurance 2 days off/week、annual leave 30 days 、Sick leave 8 days
・Korean speaker and conversational English skill are essential.
