Our client is an IT company in Malaysia that provides it solutions to the world’s leading companies such as IT, finance and retail. Now they are looking for Customer Support and Planner Agent(Japanese Speaker).
In this position you will be working on retail and finance projects. You will be responsible for responding to customer queries regarding daily maintenance support in Japan, handling queries in the event of problems, and project management including allocating staff to resolve problems.
