Our client is a renowned customer support provider(BPO) company in Malaysia. They provide the service worldwide. Now they are looking for Recruiting Solution Project Customer Support (Korean/English Bilingual)for the client’s high quality customer experience.

Overview:
・Intake: 15th Jan, 2024

・Location: Ara Damansara, PJ, Selangor (near KL) 

・Working hours: Mon to Sun (8am to 8pm) (8:00-17:00/ 9:00-18:00/ 11:00-20:00  3 shifts)5 days in a week

・Salary package: Basic 8,500 + Unlimited KPI (Depends on performance)

・Education : Bachelor Preferred, Diploma (5 years’ working experience) Expected University graduate with academic proof can be considered. High school graduate needs over 7 years working experience.

・Employment term: Full time (2 years visa renewal), Work visa provided

・Benefit: Medical, Dental & Insurance coverage Annual leave 12days prorate base , Medical leave 14 days Temporary accommodation 14 days Flight ticket from Korea to Malaysia will be provided

・Remarks: Required language(s): Korean (mother tongue) / English (business level) Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position. Applicant must be willing to work in rotational shift. Good command of computer skills / Microsoft Office and typing must be fast both in Korean and English.
